As your seaplane glides across the ocean through the distant Meemu Atoll, the first thing you will notice is the vast, turquoise halo surrounding the land. You’re looking at one of the largest shallow lagoons amongst resorts in the Maldives – and a prime setting for a photo shoot!

There are plenty of spa treatments that both of you can indulge in, including full body massages and cathartic foot rubs. For the more adventurous, we have both water-bound and land-based activities on offer, including water sports (both motorised and non-motorised), diving and snorkelling around a coral reef amongst sea turtles and other marine life, beach volleyball, and a fitness centre. The dominating presence of this restaurant’s circular ceiling décor is a direct interpretation of its name. A round Maldivian malaafaiy is a large, traditional wooden serving dish, accompanied by numerous other smaller dishes, creating a circular pattern that is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the stomach. All guests of the main island are welcome to its three daily buffets.
