Night fishing
The island is famous for its nocturnal fishing expeditions, so make sure to sign up! Enjoy a cocktail at the dock before you start, and, if you have a successful trip, request your catch to be cooked for dinner the following day.
Sunset Fishing
With a handheld fishing line, enjoy the sight of the sunset in the distant horizon, and hope for a snapper, barracuda, groupers or trevally to bite. Your catch can be prepared the following day for you by our in-house Chef.
Sunrise fishing
If the early bird gets the worm, let’s hope your early worm lures you a fish! As daylight softly breaks on the horizon, set out on a Dhoni and fish as the Maldivians do. Using a handheld fishing line, keep your fingers crossed for varieties of snappers, jackfish and barracuda fish. Request for your catch to be cooked for dinner on the same day.

Big game fishing
For the ardent fishing enthusiasts, we recommend big game fishing. We’ll give you a fishing rod with lines 80 to 100 m in length for the deep sea, with lures and artificial bait. Keep your fingers crossed, and you just might end up with a sailfish, barracuda, wahoo, or swordfish, amongst others. Upon request, your catch can be cooked on the same day, just in time for dinner.
Sand bank picnic for couples and groups
Watch the sunshine play off the turquoise waters of the lagoon as you enjoy your partner’s company on a sand bank picnic. This activity is a treat for groups too, and ideal for some casual sunbathing and snorkelling off the white sand beaches.
